Perubahan iklim menjadi tantangan utama dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kedelai, terutama akibat cekaman kekeringan dan pengelolaan hara yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis integrasi adaptasi perubahan iklim dan strategi pemupukan terhadap produktivitas, efisiensi penggunaan nitrogen (NUE), dan kualitas tanah. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan desain eksperimen faktorial dengan dua faktor, yaitu kondisi iklim (normal dan kekeringan) dan strategi pemupukan (tanpa pupuk, anorganik, organik, dan kombinasi). Data dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan lapangan dan analisis laboratorium, meliputi komponen hasil, indikator NUE, serta indeks kualitas tanah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan kombinasi pada kondisi normal menghasilkan kinerja tertinggi dengan hasil mencapai 2,9 ton/ha, AE sebesar 20,8 kg/kg N, dan SQI sebesar 0,78. Cekaman kekeringan menurunkan seluruh parameter, namun pemupukan kombinasi mampu mempertahankan performa relatif lebih baik. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan integratif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan keberlanjutan pertanian.
