Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya kebutuhan efisiensi penggunaan air dalam sistem pertanian akibat keterbatasan sumber daya air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kombinasi pupuk cair berbasis mikroba (PGPR) dan interval irigasi defisit terhadap efisiensi penggunaan air, status fisiologis, serta kualitas buah tomat. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dua faktor dengan tiga ulangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengukuran Water Use Efficiency (WUE), indeks klorofil (SPAD), dan kandungan likopen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dan uji Tukey pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap seluruh variabel. Kombinasi PGPR 10 ml/L dan irigasi 3 hari sekali menghasilkan WUE tertinggi sebesar 12,63 g/L dan kandungan likopen sebesar 51,57 mg/kg, sedangkan nilai SPAD tertinggi sebesar 45,57 diperoleh pada irigasi optimal. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan pertanian berkelanjutan melalui integrasi mikroba dan manajemen air untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas hasil.
