Clove is one of the leading plantation commodities that plays an important role in the economy of the community in Kilbutak Village, Kesui Watubela District, Eastern Seram Regency. This study aims to identify marketing channels and analyze marketing margins, farmer’s share, and the marketing efficiency of cloves. The research was conducted from September to October 2025 using a census method involving 20 clove farmers. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively using calculations of marketing margins, farmer’s share, and marketing efficiency. The results showed that there were two marketing channels: (1) Farmers to Village Collectors to District Collectors to Ambon Wholesalers–Final Distributors and (2) Farmers–District Collectors to Ambon Wholesalers to Final Distributors. The total marketing margin was IDR 45,000/kg, or 36% of the final distributor price of IDR 125,000/kg, with a farmer’s share of 64%. The marketing efficiency values were 15.33% for Channel I and 15.39% for Channel II. Both marketing channels were classified as efficient, with Channel I being more efficient than Channel II due to its lower efficiency value
