Authors who publish with SPATIA: Educational Journal retain the copyright to their work while granting the journal the right of first publication. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the work is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by another journal.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any copyrighted materials, including figures, tables, or other content owned by third parties. The submission of a manuscript also confirms that all authors have approved the final version and agree to its publication in SPATIA: Educational Journal.
