Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to SPATIA: Educational Journal undergo a rigorous double-anonymous peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, and scientific integrity of published articles. In this process, the identities of both the authors and the reviewers are concealed throughout the review, ensuring an impartial, objective, and unbiased evaluation.

Each submission is first assessed by the Editorial Office to determine its compliance with the journal's aims and scope, formatting requirements, and publication ethics. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the subject matter. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, methodological rigor, significance, clarity, and contribution to educational research and practice.

Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editor will make one of the following decisions: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject. Authors are expected to revise their manuscripts in response to reviewers' comments within the specified timeframe. The final publication decision rests with the Editor, who considers both the reviewers' recommendations and the journal's editorial standards. Throughout the review process, SPATIA: Educational Journal upholds the principles of fairness, confidentiality, transparency, and academic integrity.
