Archiving Policy

RUMPHII: Biological Science Journal is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and usability of all published scholarly content. The journal recognizes the importance of digital preservation in maintaining the integrity and permanence of the scientific record and adopts archiving practices that support continued access to published articles. At present, RUMPHII: Biological Science Journal maintains a permanent online archive of all published articles on its OJS platform. 

To enhance the visibility and long-term accessibility of published research, authors are encouraged to deposit the published version of their articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, or other trusted scholarly archives. Authors should acknowledge RUMPHII: Biological Science Journal as the original place of publication and include the article's citation and persistent identifier (such as the DOI, where available).

The journal is committed to maintaining a permanent online archive of all published issues and articles. In the event of a journal transfer, platform migration, or discontinuation, reasonable efforts will be made to preserve and maintain public access to the published scholarly record in accordance with recognized standards for digital preservation.
