For Authors

Thank you for considering RUMPHII: Biological Science Journal as a venue for publishing your research. The journal welcomes original research articles, review articles, and short communications that contribute to the advancement of biological sciences. Submitted manuscripts should present original, scientifically sound, and unpublished work that is not under consideration by another journal.

Before submitting a manuscript, authors are encouraged to carefully read the Author Guidelines, Publication Ethics, Peer Review Process, Plagiarism Policy, and Copyright Notice available on the journal's website. Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the journal's formatting requirements and written in clear, concise English. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the content, the originality of the work, the completeness of references, and compliance with applicable ethical standards, including obtaining ethical approval where required.

All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal's Online Journal System (OJS). During submission, authors are required to provide complete metadata, including author affiliations, ORCID iDs (if available), abstract, keywords, and references. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have approved the submitted manuscript and agree to its submission and publication.

Each submission undergoes an initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer review conducted by independent experts in the relevant field. Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers' comments before a final editorial decision is made. The journal is committed to providing a fair, objective, and timely review process while maintaining the confidentiality of all submissions.

RUMPHII: Biological Science Journal is a fully open access journal. Articles accepted for publication are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the journal. Authors retain the copyright to their published work while granting the journal the right of first publication.

The Editorial Office encourages authors to use reporting guidelines appropriate to their research design, ensure that research data are presented accurately, and disclose all sources of funding, conflicts of interest, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools, where applicable. Authors are also encouraged to include persistent identifiers such as ORCID iDs and DOIs in their submissions to improve the discoverability and transparency of their research.
